Job Summary: Commercial Director, Golf Services,
Plays a pivotal role in strategically leading and managing the course Golf on Turkey Mountain.
This position involves overseeing business operations, marketing, financial management, and enhancing service quality, with a focus on increasing profitability and ensuring sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the golf course, focusing on growth, sustainability, and profitability.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. Implement strategies for cost control and revenue generation.
Marketing and Promotion: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Collaborate with local businesses for promotional activities.
Service Improvement: Enhance the quality of services, including customer service, course maintenance, and amenities.
Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
Team Management: Lead and develop the golf course team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Reporting Structure:
The Golf Course Superintendent will report directly to the Commercial Director, Golf Services.
The Commercial Director, Golf Services, will report directly to the MRID Commissioners or the MRID Special Administrator, as designated.
Job Grade and Proposed Salary:
This position is classified as a senior management role.
The proposed annual salary range in the 72513 job market is $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
This may include additional benefits and performance-based incentives.
